Sure they are a bit overly-hyped up and over-played... but Coldplay is still an incredible band.
Their new CD, Viva La Vida, is set to release on June 17 in the USofA, and starting today through next Tuesday, you can download their first single from the CD, "Violet Hill" for FREE from their website. After next week, you'll have to pay for it through iTunes or whatever other LEGAL music downloading service you may use.

Whaddya think of "Violet Hill"?
I'm digging it. I hear a little Peter Gabriel/Phil Collins in there. It is heavy. Really good stuff. I wasn't excited about the album's title but I'm pretty keen on the cover and this track.
I'd love to hear what you think.
